Abstract

The title of the publication comes from Mr. Dömötör (Parliamentary State Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office), who described Hungary's budget in his 2019 statement. This statement well reflects the content of this article, given the security of prosperity. The concept of security is defined in the XX. It appeared in the 19th century and its importance is growing nowadays. The concept of definition is difficult despite the fact that it has become so fashionable these days. Its use in our lives appears in both a broader and narrower
sense. While the former involves international security, the latter relates to the individual and national security. It can be divided into different sectors (for example: military, political, economic, social, environmental). The results of quantitative research that both the state and the individual need to achieve and maintain prosperity on this topic. Achieving and maintaining security is a common goal and task of the segments.
