Abstract

In my study I’ m not concentrate on the technical science primarily, I bring up philosophical thoughts summons the future presenting the present rather. The safety, environment safety and the approach of protection suggested by me have necessary and quick importance, onto the alteration of the human behaviour happening guiding, in the heads, brains truth order the ignoring of his creation, the chaos. I bring it up and I question those thoughts missing from the today's safety science, for the morals of the accidents, catastrophes, the burning deficiency of his scientific examination, which ones human lives caused the meaningless death of a thousand.
