The use of nuclear energy for civilian purposes has developed over the past nearly 70 years as a result of the increased consuming of electricity used by industry and the population. The first reactors grew out of their initial imperfections and went through a generational change, there are several types that developed from the previous ones and still in use today. Malfunctions and accidents that had occurred during their operation taught the decision-makers to carefully plan the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning phases. Based on these experiences, the legal background governing the use of nuclear energy has also changed from country to country. In present article, I do my research on examination of the fire safety requirements of nuclear power plants, taking into consideration its evolutional process.
