Abstract

This issue is meant to study the situation of refugees fleeing armed conflicts and persecutions in their homeland, based on racial, religious or ethnical factors, and migrants who are not threatened by death or persecutions, but because of the poverty, lack of employment, healthcare or any other reason choose to move by any means in an occidental country, looses over a dream their freedom of life, dignity, equality and conscience by falling prey to the human-traffickers, who exploit vulnerable people for financial gain, by forcing them to labour. As it being considered, trafficking in persons is one of the most low-risk and high profit enterprise. (Trafficking for forced labour in Europe), following this statement, I shall present in this paper a general overview including the presentation of the main migration routes towards Europe, the emergencies occurring the African continent, and highlighting the Europe’ legislation and preparation tradition in order to combat this phenomena.
